An unlucky Anhinga bird got mesh material snagged in its beak probably while diving underwater. It looks like as the bird was flying with the mesh in its beak the mesh got wedged between a limb and a vine probably breaking the birds neck as its flight came to an abrupt stop.
Trash in public waterways not only can but does kill animals.
Despite being sued and fined over excessive storm water trash pollution the City of Mobile still seems to have no one removing the City's storm water trash from the City's trash polluted waterways.
Despite changing Mayors it is apparent that Mobile still has the same ignorant leaders on the Mobile City Council who would rather keep wasting taxpayer money by continuing to pay expensive fines to ADEM rather than clean up its trashy waterways.
It is time the US EPA fined Mobile too.
